How long does it take for my order to ship?
Our jewelry is ethically handmade in small quantities in our ateliers with the highest quality materials and standards. We fulfil orders as quickly as possible depending on the availability. Some items ship within 2-3 days, some within 2-4 weeks or 4-6 weeks based on their availability. You can verify the shipping timeline for each product on its respective page before placing your order.
For orders containing items with varying shipping times, we'll likely ship everything together once all items are ready. If you need faster shipping for certain items, we recommend placing separate orders.
When should I expect for my order to be delivered?
We partner with DHL Express, UPS or Fedex to deliver your order based on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Delivery typically takes 1-4 business days after shipment.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to over 130 countries worldwide. However, temporary limitations may apply due to certain circumstances. You can verify whether we ship to your location during checkout.
I am living outside of EU, will I pay customs duties?

I received only one earring but I wanted to order a pair
Many of our earrings and ear pieces are available as single items. This allows our clients to embrace a modern, asymmetrical look or mix and match styles to create unique combinations. We’re thrilled to offer you the freedom to express your creativity and individuality with Mara Paris jewelry.
If you accidentally ordered a single earring but would prefer a pair, don’t worry! Simply contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you.

When will I be refunded?
Once returned, each item will be inspected by our experts for any signs of use. If accepted, we will proceed with your refund within 15 business days. For exchanges, the time frame may vary depending on the availability of the requested item.
How can I exchange (different size, other item...)?
If you’ve changed your mind and would like to exchange the jewelry you received for another Mara Paris piece, please contact our customer service at hello@mara.paris. Please note that the same conditions for returns also apply to exchanges.
Can I get store credits for my return?
If you’d prefer store credit for your return to use on a future order, no problem! Simply contact our customer service, and we’ll arrange it for you.
