Where is my order?
Our jewelry is ethically handmade in small quantities in our ateliers with the highest quality materials and standards. We fulfill orders as quickly as possible depending on the availability. Some items ship within 2-3 days, some within 2-4 weeks or 4-6 weeks based on their availability. You can verify the shipping timeline for each product on its respective page before placing your order.
For orders containing items with varying shipping times, we'll likely ship everything together once all items are ready. If you need faster shipping for certain items, we recommend placing separate orders.
Shipping carriers
We partner with DHL Express, UPS or Fedex to deliver your order based on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after shipment.
Customs & taxes
Orders shipped within the EU are inclusive of all duties and taxes.
For orders outside the EU, customs duties may apply, which are your responsibility. As customs policies vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more accurate information.
If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, we may charge additional shipping and handling fees.
Shipping to USA
Orders under the daily customs limit might not incur additional fees. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Shipping to Switzerland
Additional customs fees may apply upon delivery.
