Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from Paris, France.

Our jewelry is ethically handmade in small quantities in our ateliers with the highest quality materials and standards. We fulfill orders as quickly as we can depending on the availability. Some pieces ship within 2-3 days, some within 2-4 weeks based on their availability.

We work with DHL Express for all shipments and you will receive an email with a tracking code once your order has been dispatched. Typically, delivery takes 1-3 business days after shipment.

Please be aware that for orders placed outside of the EU, you will be responsible for covering the customs duties. The customs requirements vary by country, and unfortunately, we do not have any control over these requirements. If you have any inquiries regarding customs regulations in your country, we suggest reaching out to your local customs office for more information.

If the the delivery of a package is refused or not collected in time, and the package returns to us, we reserve our right to collect shipping and handling fees.

If you are placing an order to the USA, it won't incur any additional fees as your order will likely be under the limit. Orders placed to Switzerland may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery. In case of doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns and Exchanges

We recommend using our ring size guide, available on each product page, to ensure you are ordering the correct size. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact us at hello@mara.paris for advice.

A piece of jewelry can be returned if it has been tried on under the same conditions as you would in-store, with care. Any use outside of these conditions will leave traces of wear on the jewelry, which will be detected by our experts, who will consider the item not suitable for resale.

For orders placed online, you have a period of 10 days from the receipt of the order to contact us at hello@mara.paris. You have 30 days from the receipt for returning or exchanging unused item(s).

Jewelry purchased in-store or picked up from our store can only be exchanged (for an item of equal value or store credit) within 30 days, provided they have not been used.

Our jewelry is handmade, and despite rigorous quality controls, if you notice a manufacturing defect upon receipt, you have 24 hours to report it by email, and the jewelry will then be inspected to confirm the defect.

All returned item(s) must be:

  • unworn
  • unused
  • in perfect condition (no scratches, cracks, stains, not broken, its shape not modified, not deformed, etc.)
  • in the original size
  • with all original components (sets must be complete and not partial

The order must be returned in its original packaging. Items returned in an envelope will not be accepted. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, regardless of the origin. We recommend shipping with a tracking number and keeping proof of shipment.

Returns from a country outside the European Union must be labeled with “return to country of origin” or “product return” to be exempt from customs duties. You can declare a value of €1 for the package and use your usual postal service.

Items purchased with a gift card or store credit, as well as the gift cards or credits themselves and shipping fees, are non-refundable. Items already exchanged once will not be subject to a second exchange but will be issued store credit.

Unless otherwise specified when requesting a return, the return address is Mara Paris, 29 Rue Chapon, 75003, Paris, France.

Once returned, each piece of jewelry will be examined by our experts to detect any micro-scratches indicating use. If the jewelry is deemed acceptable by our expert, we will proceed with an exchange or refund within 15 working days of processing the return, or based on the availability of the exchange item.

Mara Paris reserves the right to refuse a refund for all or part of an item that is not in its original condition and/or if the return conditions mentioned above are not met.

Gift Cards and Store Credits

Gift cards and store credits are neither extendable nor refundable. Refunds for purchases made with a gift card are credited back to the same gift card.
