Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide from Paris, France.
Our jewelry is ethically handmade in small quantities in our ateliers with the highest quality materials and standards. Although we prioritize fulfilling orders promptly, please be aware that certain items may take approximately 10-20 business days to ship based on their availability. However, in most cases, the shipping time is shorter than this.
We work with DHL Express for all shipments and you will receive an email with a tracking code once your order has been dispatched. Typically, delivery takes 1-3 business days after shipment.
Please be aware that for orders placed outside of the EU, you will be responsible for covering the customs duties. The customs requirements vary by country, and unfortunately, we do not have any control over these requirements. If you have any inquiries regarding customs regulations in your country, we suggest reaching out to your local customs office for more information.
If you are placing an order to the USA, it won't incur any additional fees as your order will likely be under the limit. Orders placed to Switzerland may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery. In case of doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Returns and Exchange
You have 30 calendar days to contact us for a return or exchange. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We advise using our ring size chart to ensure that you order the appropriate size before making a purchase. If you have any uncertainty about your size, feel free to contact us at email@example.com for guidance.
The returned jewelry must be unused, and in the original packaging: the jewelry box, pouches and the cardboard box or an equivalent hard box that protects its contents. If you send back the jewelry in an envelope and/or the jewelry arrives broken due to improper return packaging, you will lose your right to a full refund. Please note on the shipping label 'returned goods', and the value as 0€ as it is a return. You can use your countries regular post for the return. We do not cover the cost of returns.
Items that have been purchased using gift cards or store credits, as well as the gift cards or store credits themselves, are non-refundable.
