Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from Paris, France.

Our jewelry is ethically handmade in small quantities in our ateliers with the highest quality materials and standards. We fulfill orders as quickly as we can depending on the availability. Some pieces ship within 2-3 days, some within 2-4 weeks based on their availability.

We work with DHL Express for all shipments and you will receive an email with a tracking code once your order has been dispatched. Typically, delivery takes 1-3 business days after shipment.

Please be aware that for orders placed outside of the EU, you will be responsible for covering the customs duties. The customs requirements vary by country, and unfortunately, we do not have any control over these requirements. If you have any inquiries regarding customs regulations in your country, we suggest reaching out to your local customs office for more information.

If the the delivery of a package is refused or not collected in time, and the package returns to us, we reserve our right to collect shipping and handling fees.

If you are placing an order to the USA, it won't incur any additional fees as your order will likely be under the limit. Orders placed to Switzerland may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery. In case of doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns and Exchange

For orders placed on our website, you have 30 calendar days to contact us for a return or exchange of unused jewelry. Please send an email to Jewelry purchased physically or picked up from our store exercises an exchange-only policy within 30 days if unused.

We advise using our ring size chart to ensure that you order the appropriate size before making a purchase. If you have any uncertainty about your size, feel free to contact us at for guidance.

Returned jewelry must be unused, and in the original packaging: the jewelry box, pouches and the cardboard box or an equivalent hard box that protects its contents. Do not sent back the jewelry in an envelope. If the jewelry arrives broken due to improper return packaging, in used condition or any other reason, you will forfeit your right to a full refund. If you are making a return from outside of the EU, please state 'return shipment to origin', on the shipping label. Because this is a return, there are no custom fees so please declare 1€ the value of the package. You can use your country's regular posting service for the return. We do not cover the postal cost of returns.

Items that have been purchased using a gift card or store credit, as well as gift cards or store credits themselves and shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Additionally shipping costs might be applied to exchanges based on your location or in case of repeat exchanges.
