I received a Mara Paris gift card
Congratulations on receiving a Mara Paris gift card! You can use it online or in-store, in one or multiple transactions, until its expiry.
Gift cards are also valid for use on promotional items.
Please note that gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and cannot be extended. Refunds for purchases made with a gift card will be credited back to the same gift card.
How do I use my promo code?
You can apply your promo code during checkout.
I didn't receive my welcome code
You will receive two welcome emails:
- The first email is to verify your email address, which includes a "Confirm My Email Address" button.
- After you click the button, you’ll receive a second email with your welcome code. This code can be used once and has no expiration date.
If you don’t see these emails, please check your spam folder.
I couldn't use my welcome code
No problem! You can use your welcome code on your next order. It’s valid for one-time use and doesn’t expire.
My code isn’t working
Please check if your cart contains discounted items, as the welcome promo code cannot be applied to products already on sale.
Moreover, fine jewelry items do not qualify for promotions.
