Warranties and Repairs

We provide a 2-year warranty on all jewelry purchased directly from our brand, covering any manufacturing defects confirmed by expert assessment. Should a manufacturing issue occur, we are committed to offering a solution, whether through repair or replacement.

For warranty inquiries, our experts will assess your jewelry to identify the cause of the problem. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will cover the repair costs (if feasible) or offer an exchange for the same item.

If repairs are required due to normal wear and tear rather than a manufacturing defect, and the repair is feasible, a fee may be charged.

Please note that our warranty will not apply to jewelry that has been repaired or altered by a third party.


We Value Honesty and Transparency

When requesting a repair, we kindly ask that you provide detailed information about the issue. If an accident occurred (such as dropping the piece, snagging it, or forcing a push back on an earring post) or if you attempted to adjust an open ring against our recommendations, please inform us upfront.

This helps our experts quickly identify the problem, and we are dedicated to finding the best solution for you, provided we have all the relevant information from the beginning.
