Returns & Exchanges

How to return or exchange jewelry purchased online?

Jewelry can be returned if tried on with the same care as in-store. Any use beyond this may leave wear marks, making the item unsuitable for resale, as determined by our experts.

For online orders, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. After contacting us, you have up to 30 days from the date you received the items to return or exchange unused items.

How to return a jewellery purchased in-store?

Jewelry purchased in-store can only be exchanged for an item of equal value or store credit within 30 days, provided the item is unused.

Return policy

While our jewelry is handmade with strict quality control, if you notice a manufacturing defect upon receipt, you must report it within 24 hours via email. The item will be inspected to confirm the defect.

All returned item(s) must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • In perfect condition (no scratches, cracks, stains, deformations, etc.)
  • With their original tags
  • In their original size
  • With all original components (sets must be complete and not partial)

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns in envelopes will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, regardless of location. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.

For returns from outside the EU, label the package as "return to country of origin" or "product return" to avoid customs duties. You may declare a value of €1 and use your standard postal service.

Holiday Returns

All orders placed after November 25, 2024, qualify for our extended holiday return policy and can be returned until January 10, 2025.

The returned jewelry must comply with the usual return conditions; only the return period will be extended.

Purchases with gift cards or store credit

Items bought with a gift card or store credit, including the gift cards and store credits themselves, are non-refundable. Items that have already been exchanged once are not eligible for a second exchange, but you can receive store credit instead.

Once returned, each item will be inspected by our experts for any signs of use. If accepted, we will proceed with your refund within 15 business days. For exchanges, the time frame may vary depending on the availability of the requested item.

Mara Paris reserves the right to refuse a refund for any item that is not in its original condition or if the return policy is not followed.

Gift Cards and Store Credits

Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and cannot be extended. Refunds for purchases made with a gift card are credited back to the original gift card.

Items On Sale

The items on sale cannot be exchanged, they can be returned for refund or for a gift card. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. After contacting us, you have up to 30 days from the date you received the items to return the unused items.

Upon reception, and after expertise, a gift card valid for two years, redeemable in-store or online, will be automatically generated. If you would prefer a refund instead, please make sure to specify this in your initial request.
